So it might surprise you to learn that she got a little green around her gills after getting a new piercing – but that’s exactly what happened, and the Environment Star has Insta’s hilarious photos to prove it.

Florence Pugh is nothing but refreshingly honest, both on the red carpet and on social media. The Oscar nominee shared typical celebrity glamor snaps, but also isn’t afraid to show her silly side with grimaces and backstage shenanigans. Florence Pugh’s sense of humor was in the spotlight last weekend when she posted funny photos after getting her nose pierced – apparently her stomach wasn’t on board. Check out his post below:

While the delicate silver septum looked amazing (although, did we really think otherwise?), It’s clear that the experience was far from ideal. Florence Pugh said she quickly felt ill and passed out after having her nose pierced, although her friend Zoe Lister-Jones was on hand to provide a therapeutic pacifier. She also shared a photo that, I quote, “will make your stomach scream”. The shot in question shows Florence Pugh with a large needle inserted directly into her nose (probably a pre-fainting spell?), Which further reinforces my decision to never, ever get a septum ring. Although, while a certified badass like Florence Pugh can get a bit sick of the heart with needles, it definitely makes this simple mortal a little less wimpy.

Thankfully, once she recovers from her hookup with the infamous Piercing Needle, Florence Pugh will have plenty of movie and TV projects to keep her busy. She is ready to reprise her role as Yelena Belova in the next episodes of the Disney + series Hawk Eye alongside Jeremy Renner and Hailee Steinfeld. The appearance will delight fans of the young Russian spy, whose dry spirit quickly made her a fan favorite.

Florence Pugh’s next film appearance will be in Don’t worry darling, the highly anticipated directorial sequel to Olivia Wilde at Booksmart. The film will also mark a return to the screen for pop prodigy and fellow Marvel Cinematic Universe Harry Styles, whose performance in Dunkirk leads to his casting as the brother of Thanos Eros in Eternals. The film will also star Chris Pine, Gemma Chan (another Eternals alum), Nick Kroll and Kiki Layne.

Whether she takes a needle in her nose or featured in another blockbuster, Florence Pugh seems to do everything with a winning attitude. Let’s just hope the fainting is kept to a minimum, if only for the sake of her adorable puppy Billie.
