Jackass Cast to Perform Shark Stunts for Discovery’s Shark Week
Unsurprisingly, the cast of asshole 4 is doing something pretty dangerous. This time, however, they’re doing it to celebrate Shark Week, an annual block of week-long TV shows focused on one of the ocean’s biggest predators.
Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius and other cast members will participate in a “series of shark stunts that test their bravery and pain threshold,” according to the Discovery press release. Together with Dr. Craig O’Connell, shark biologist and unofficially known as the “Shark Doctor”, they will test some of the most common myths about sharks. The special will air on the first day of Shark Week: Sunday July 11. The special program, titled Jackass Shark week special, will air at 9 p.m. CT on Discovery.
Not only are the actors part of a popular TV week, which started over 30 years ago, but they can also promote the fourth and most likely the final. Donkey movie. Due to Knoxville, the star and one of the film’s producers, having told GQ earlier in the year that Donkey 4 would be his last contribution to the series, along with the sacking of Bam Margera, one of the film’s most recognizable faces, after a public relapse and continued harassment from some of the film’s producers, the next episode is expected to be ends a now iconic quartet of stupidly dangerous films.
After several delays, asshole 4 is slated to hit theaters on October 22, 2021, but it could potentially hit the streaming service Paramout + sooner than that.
